Overarching Aim

To understand the effect of public housing governance on tenant and community wellbeing and urban regeneration, by analysing how well each provider’s governance structures support the achievement of their stated wellbeing ambitions, and Māori, Pacific, and general wellbeing overall.

Key objectives

  1. A summary of provider wellbeing ambitions, conceptualised through a theory of change model
  2. A mapping of the governance elements of each provider and how they support the delivery of wellbeing
  3. A comparative analysis of the governance structure of the providers
  4. The incorporation of Vision Mātauranga, Māori wellbeing and reduced inequities for Māori in governance structures and wellbeing outcomes
