Overarching Aim

To analyse the relationship between public housing quality, amenities and services, and tenants’ and communities’ wellbeing.

Top 3 objectives

  1. To understand and compare evaluative wellbeing outcomes, and their determinants, for adult tenants across housing providers, to assist providers to orient their services to improve wellbeing.
  2. To understand the factors that determine experienced (i.e. momentary) wellbeing for adult tenants across housing providers, to assist providers to orient their services to improve wellbeing.
  3. To understand determinants of the wellbeing of children who live in public housing, to assist providers to orient their services to improve children’s wellbeing.
